Really pay attention to the beverages you’re drinking. Many people think about their food intake and their exercise plans, but they don’t realize how important it is to pay close attention to all beverages. You drink consistently throughout your day, and these beverages need to be healthy. Plus, you need to be giving your body plenty of water for it to stay hydrated. Drink all-natural fruit juices as well.
When you feel positive you feel light and joyful and aren’t depressed. You bounce out of bed in the morning and into the shower to get ready for a great day. You sing along with the radio while you have a healthy breakfast and feel that life is good. You are full of expectations for the wonderful day you are going to have.
Warning: don’t try to drink the cider vinegar neat. It can irritate your throat, as well as your stomach lining, so ensure that you dissolve it in liquid, and don’t go overboard on the quantities.
If you prefer a light breakfast drink, then a banana smoothie is the way to go. Milk is mixed together with mashed banana to create a healthy drink. My preference is to use non-fat milk as I find it mixes in the blender to a thicker mixture – be warned though – do not over mix or it becomes too thick. Add a few drops of vanilla to flavor.
