We will dispatch your order by email/post. Within the UK, you can expect delivery within 28 working days.
Refunds and cancellations – all refunds are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be made if any event is cancelled last minute due to
unforeseen "acts of god" that are out of the organisers control.
PRODUCT SALES REFUNDS
Full refund on products returned undamaged with receipt within 28 days of dispatch. RETURN Postage and packaging is not included in our refunds policy, this is the purchasers responsiblity.
Whilst we hope that our customers are satisfied completely with any OOTO product purchased, in case of errors or faults we aim to make
the returns process as quick and convenient as possible.
If there has been an error in your order and you need to return goods to us please contact the OOTO team who can make the necessary arrangements on your behalf. Where you have been charged an inappropriate delivery charge for any erroneous goods sent we will make the necessary financial adjustments. Such errors should be identified to us within seven working days of receipt of the goods. If any of the items are faulty or damaged please contact the OOTO team who will arrange for replacement materials or a refund to be made. All items being returned will be inspected for manufacturing defect and the internal quality feedback system will be initiated to ensure that the appropriate actions are taken to resolve the issue. To return items please enclose a copy of our delivery note to you. Please make sure that the goods are securely packaged in order to prevent any damage in transit. If you are advised to return the items using the post we recommend that you use a recorded delivery which will provide you with the necessary insurable, traceable service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
